Warhammer 40K Emperor Throne Scene Touched Up

I got bored and decided to touch up the whole scene as suggested by Deviant user Georami while commenting on my wallpaper Emperor touch up. I know it took a long time for me to do this but to be honest I forgot about it and didn't think about touching up the whole scene. To remind everyone, I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR ARTISTICALLY DRAWING OR PAINTING THIS. I took this picture from the warhammer 40k codex and touched it up in my opinion and view. I tried to bring out deeper colors and make things stand out and in some areas I feel like I "cleaned" the image.
